Longfield Academy is committed to recognising and encouraging accomplishments and behaviours which promote our ethos of ‘Achieving Beyond Expectations’; our staff recognition scheme is a way of formally acknowledging the staff that go above and beyond the normal requirements of their job.
We value our partnership with parents, carers and the wider community and we would like to provide you with the opportunity to nominate staff and thank them formally. You can nominate a specific individual or a team/department. Once approved, the Principal will write to the individual to acknowledge the nomination. At the end of each term, nominations will be considered and staff will be rewarded (a list of staff will be published on this page).
